WELCOME TO TAKEOVER ATHLETICS

Are you new to this type of training?

Whether you are ready to join us today or check us out, we’ve got you covered. Just fill out the contact form below and our manager will schedule your one-on-one “No-Sweat” Intro session. During your “No-sweat” Intro one of our expert coaches will discuss your specific goals and together you will set a plan to achieve them. 

To ensure athletes joining us are provided with every opportunity to succeed, we require all athletes that are new to to this type of training to attend our On-Ramp course prior to joining the daily workouts. On-Ramp is a foundational course that is scheduled at your convenience with one of our coaches. Each session is an hour long and involves skill development and a workout. You and the coach will review movement, discuss our style of training, answer any specific questions, and set you up for success.
