    195#,165#,195# Clean x2. tough WOD, took me outside of my comfort level. 116ft plate carry.

    205#, 195# 195# Good strength day. 166 feet plate carry. The turn around was the hardest part for plate carry. Pulled 115# + Tammy for the sled drag,

    Fun class!! Thanks Gilly!

    Let me post these kick ass numbers: 78#,73#,73#, failed at 83# on the PC and F on 78# on HPC/SC. Although the 78# may be a PR. At least my set up looked good according to Gilly! Now if I can only STOP bending my arms prematurely…I will be good to go! ;)

    Almost made a round trip on the pinch carry (25# plates)
    Sled pull: 75#’s

    Got up to 100# for all three…..really wasn’t feeling it today. :-\ Extra credit carry was 50m-75m with 25# plates and the seated sled pull was 105#

    Maria, got up to 50# on all three cleans…….best cleans I think I’ve done yet. got around 25ish-m on the carry and also did 105# for the sled pull.

    Power clean 115-115-125-125
    Hang PCs + Squat Clean 105 (all 4 sets)
    Squat clean 2RM 115

    And found in the process my new 1RM squat clean…125!!!! I would have made 125# a 2RM but on the squat position of the second rep my knees bent in and body went forward. I ended dumping the weight. Somehow my squats today were wayyyy low. Maybe because I haven’t been to the gym in 10 days and I don’t have sore muscles. Lol. Regardless, great to be back at the 4:30 class and see everyone.

    78 # power cleans

    First round of hang Power cleans/clean squat at 73#. . . bad on the next set, moved down to 53 # and did 3 rounds at 53#

    2 rep max at 73#

    pinch carry for 25# 1.5 laps both times

    sled pull 1st 25#, 2nd 40#, 3rd 50#, 4th 95 # number 4 was def not easy LOL !

    Great work out for me :) I felt really confident and “comfortable” with the weights ! ! ! Thanks to all the GREAT coaching from the CTO coaches and EVERYONE in the classes TOO in the last three months ! Thanks Guys !

    Didn’t go for a true 2RM on the clean. Kept the number’s challenging though.

    133 x 2, for 2 cleans and 1 squat clean 103, got 123 for squat clean
