Pre-WOD: 51 total for handstand push ups (on the box) and toes to bar.
WOD: 7: 28 using 135 lbs bar and blue band for ring dips.
Post WOD: 80 Hollow rocks with Surfer Dave and Sam the Man. Great job!

wow this was a hard one. 65# cleans and did ring rows instead od ring dips 11:06 My form went to shit at the end cuz my shoulder was pissed at me. I got it up even though it took muscling it up. Man I hate dealing with injuries.
Great job everyone tonite! Thanks for the push J and Andy on those damn ring dips…they are coming back…slowly but surely. Humbling WOD overall, but a great motivator!

Completely stoked after this WOD!! My last recorded Elizabeth I did 53#’s and and red band, time 11:59!
Today: 63#’s with red band for dips, time 8:10
Next time I will just use one strand of red band since I only broke once in all dips! Still working on clean technique!
Note to self, next time do toes through rings on higher bar, not enough room to kip on low bar! Total score 55 (box) for HSPU!

No olympics today, getting over bronchitis. Did this at my gym.
WOD: no rings so regular dips. 135# clean
Time: 4:49
Post wod lift. 10×10 bench at 154#, 10×10 lat row pulls at 75#each
45#plate complex(twist,curl,tripress)

15,12,9 95lbs, 5 Rx dips first round then red band, then only 1 Rx dip other rounds.
Olympics, 25 total ( first time doing hspu in a ” WOD” with only a 10 plate and a mat and got 15.
