    12:52 w/ abmat HSPUs
    Dumbbell SCs weren’t as bad as thought they would be, on the other hand HSPUs kicked me in the butt as usual! Thanks Carol for being my yoga partner!

    14:28, 15# for DBSC, only one 20 # dumbbell, 25 was too heavy but think I could have done 20. 8 RX’d rope climbs the rest 3:1 scale. Knees on box for HSPU, they were easy and should have gone to toes but then I would have nothing left for the rope climbs! My arms were toast from yesterday’s HERO WOD!
    Great yoga class as always! Thanks Nicky.
    Kristin, awesome job with the 9:30 class. There were a ton of folks out this morning! I think we had 5 heats maybe 6!
    Rest day tomorrow!

    12:10 1 Ab Mat HSPUs. The Hang Sq DB Cleans weren’t so bad, broke it up so i would have a little left for the rope climbs and HSPU’s. Got smoked on the rope climbs though. At the end wasn’t sure if I could hang on at the top. Yoga after the WOD did me some good. Thanks Nicky for the class.

    17:30 25# DB squat cleans, 3:1 Rope Climbs, 1 abmat HSPUs. Last 4 HSPUs went to 1 abmat +1 10# plate. I need to get over my fear of coming down the rope. Those rope climb subs SUUUUUUUUUUhhhh….!!!!
