CrossFit TakeOver is a general strength and conditioning program suitable for all fitness levels and backgrounds. Our workouts consist of constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity. This means that our workouts are always seemingly different and not the same old gym routine. We utilize movements like pushing, pulling, squatting, lifting and running that mimic patterns of everyday life. Lastly, most workouts are done quickly and rarely last over 20 minutes. In fact our Classes run in 60-minute blocks throughout the day ensuring that you can find time to join us no matter what your day throws at you.

Every workout we prescribe is completely scalable, which means that the most veteran and newest CrossFit TakeOver athlete can do the same workout with small adjustments to the load and intensity. CrossFit in general is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for all individuals regardless of experience.Whether you’re starting CrossFit to increase your overall fitness or to supplement your sport of choice, our program will deliver phenomenal results.

To ensure athletes joining CrossFit TakeOver are provided with every opportunity to succeed, we require every athlete new to CrossFit attend our On-Ramp Course (link to Class Schedule) prior to joining the Daily WODs. If you are coming to us with prior CrossFit experience or have attended a similar course (Fundamentals, On-Ramp, Level 1 Trainers Course) from a registered affiliate then you are free to join the regular classes upon joining. 6-Month Commitment Rate: $130
